Move through the first parking lot area and up the ramp, turn left once up there, and the card is in the nearby white car.

At the very end of the level, on your way from the platform with the three kill switches, head up the stairs.

Now that mission is the only one i have left. Everything else has worked and is working. It's only the fact that the bomb cache won't explode and the door wont blow open. It's like it doesn't register that the car is in there. I noticed on youtube there was a cutscene a few seconds long showing the door blowing open but for me it just blows the car up and goes back to me as if i blew the car up anywhere else.
